Shad Questionnaire Results for 2006
Below I have summarized the results of the 2006 questionnaires. Since I only had 16 responses (worse than last year), the results are not very scientific, but I offer them to anyone who is interested. Hopefully the response next year will be greater which will make the result more meaningful. My thanks to everyone who returned a questionnaire. Remember there is a drawing for free shad lures for all people who submit a questionnaire, so please remember to submit yours for 2007.

Woo's comments: Results varied from region to region. I did not get enough returns to get a good consensus, but it seems no one was raving about the action except for those on the west coast where I got no questionnaires returned. Weather conditions messed up fishing in quite a few areas in 2006.
Site Accesses:  1 time to daily during the season
Most useful info on the site: Reports,  So please participate this year to make the site more beneficial to everyone. Also river levels and temp, tips, links and online shad lure sales.
Suggested Improvements: More reports (You can all help here by reporting to www.woofish.com/fishreports.html) , more on fly fishing,  More hickory shad information. One fisherman suggest cosmetic improvements to my site which I used on this page. I thank him. Better maps with access point would be appreciated. Some maps can be found on links that are included on the site.

Please email me if you have any suggestions concerning the questionnaire for 2007 which is already posted. Changes can still be made.
